What this website collects, what it doesn't, and what happens to anything you choose to send us. Last updated September 21, 2026.
Scope
This website only.
This statement covers gohpg.com, the website of Human Performance Group, 2410 Old Ivy Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
It does not cover information collected outside this website — for example at the REM Performance Campus, during a Relay session, or through HPI's software and audits. None of that is collected through this website. If you are a member or a client and want to know how that information is handled, ask us.
What We Collect
Only what you choose to send.
We set no cookies ourselves, run no analytics or advertising trackers, and our pages store nothing in your browser. The only cookies you may see come from our host, Wix, which may set its own to deliver the site, keep it secure and monitor how its systems perform; Wix's privacy policy, linked below, covers those. The site has no accounts and no logins.
We do not track you over time or across other websites, and we do not let advertisers or data brokers do so through this site. The site therefore does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals — there is nothing for them to switch off.
We learn who you are only if you choose to contact us.
Our Providers
What it takes to deliver a page.
The site is hosted by Wix. Like any web host, Wix processes the technical details your browser sends with every request — such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for — to deliver the site and keep it secure. Wix does this on our behalf; Wix's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) describes how it handles data for the sites it hosts.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also makes requests to Google when a page loads — and those, like any web request, carry your IP address. Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) covers them.
The "Open in Maps" link on the Contact page opens Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing is sent to Google Maps unless you follow it.
When You Contact Us
Your email app, not our server.
The contact and membership forms do not send anything to us on their own. They open your own email app with your answers filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send. If no email app opens, write to us at casey@gohpg.com instead.
What we then receive is an ordinary email containing what you typed: your name, your email address, the topic or interest you chose and your message — and your organization and phone number, if you gave them. Like any email, it also arrives with the address you sent it from.
We use it to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We do not sell it.
We share it only in these cases: within Human Performance Group and its businesses — Relay Technologies, Human Performance Intelligence and the REM Performance Campus; with the service providers we use to run our email and handle enquiries; with our professional advisers; when you ask us to; where the law requires it or we need to protect our legal rights; and with a successor if one of our businesses is sold or reorganized.
Your Choices
Ask, correct, delete.
You can ask what we hold from your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us which email address you wrote from. We will reply to that address to confirm the request is yours, and then act on it — unless we need to keep a record to meet a legal obligation, to deal with a dispute, or because you have since become a member or client.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
Changes
If this statement changes.
We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. A change will not loosen how we treat an enquiry we have already received unless you agree.
